Memos? I highly doubt any of her fans even know what a memo is. I’m 33 and I’ve never even used one - only heard of them. Ever since my first post-college job in 2001, all work communication was done through email.
I guess one can argue that “never got the memo” is now just a figure of speech, but on the other hand, it’s not an expression that’s likely to be used when the current generation of young-uns grow up.
