# SONy PSP Owners Come Here

hey guys I just received a small electric shock twice from my psp. I was charging it and I picked it up to move it and i got a shock from the small screw right in the middle below the screen. at first I thought it was a static shock, so I touched the screw on purpose again and zzapp! it works fine and i am debating calling sony customer service for warranty repair because i have pretty perfect one with no dead/stuck pixels and do not want to somehow get one with dead pixels if i sent it in to get fixed. should i just live with it 😕 ? i never play it while i charge it or i would have noticed it earlier.

Write a note to their technical support line. Hang onto what you’ve got, since you know how not to hurt yourself while it’s charging. Wait to see if they have a free exchange deal.
