Not dressing up until later tonight, but I’m dressing up as Lenne from FFX-2 (mainly because it’s slightly easier than Yuna). There’s a picture over in IMHO from a party I went to saturday night. ---

Not in costume at the moment, but I will be when I go up to the office in a few hours, and was on Saturday night for a party. This year, I’m a molecule. Specifically, C[sub]2[/sub]H[sub]5[/sub]OH. It just wouldn’t have been a party without me. ---

I’m a cowgirl in formal dress: black jeans, maroon button-down shity, bolo tie and black cowboy hat. I had to have something I could actually sit at my desk and work in. My husband manages a comic book store, so he’s wearing a luchadore (Mexican wrestler) mask with a skull on it and a Hawaiian shirt. He’s a luchadore on vacation. One of the departments at my office dressed as the cast of _Gilligan’s Island_. It occurred to me then that I should’ve just worn beat-up clothes and not showered this morning and been one of the castaways from _Lost_. 🙂 ---

When I came into work, I got a yellow Post-It note, and wrote BOO! on it with magic marker, and stuck it to my shirt pocket. That’s my costume. So far, everyone has laughed. ---

So a few more people got in the spirit this year. One guy forgot and was racking his brain trying to come up with an idea…so he bought a roll of duct tape, wound it around himself and went as a “duct tape mummy”. ---

Right now I am in my bathrobe, but tonight I will be a substitute teacher having a bad day. I will be wearing conservative clothes, the skirt is ripped with the slip hanging down a kick me sign on my back, messed up hair with a paper plane stuck in it. I have made up a pad of detention slips and I am not afraid to use them! ---

I’m in standard college student grubbies right now (greasy hair, long-sleeved t-shirt, scrub pants, and flip-flops) because I am a grubby college student, but tonight I will be dressed as a sassy fifties reporter. Wool plaid pencil skirt, ivory blouse, vintage pumps, trenchcoat, and horrendous hat. I will also have a press pass and a small notebook. Here’s hopin’ I get the scoop. ---

I’m dressed as “Tony the Comcast Cable Guy” - Please do not throw things or threaten. 😉 My boyfriend (Tony) works for Comcast. He used to be a repair tech; he works inside now on digital voice support. However, he’s still got a lot of his tech stuff. So I wore one of his Comcast t-shirts, his lighterweight Comcast jacket, jeans, workboots, tool belt (both of which I bought) and his Cincinnati Reds baseball cap. Since most of the people in the office know him, they got the joke. I was referred to as “Larry the Cable Guy” a few times, but other than that it went well. We had a little contest but only 4 of us dressed up so they ended up giving all of us prizes. 😃 Go me! ---

I have a set of [naval aviator’s working greens](http://homepage1.nifty.com/TS/NDUN/e/042.htm) all ready to go. (These are admiral’s rank; mine are lietuenant’s.) The only thing is, this now outmoded uniform was only worn when on flying duty that didn’t require flight suits. So I need to find someplace I can rent a Grumman Albatross seaplane before 6pm tonight. ---
