I totally asked the same question in GQ almost exactly a year ago. I kinda thought I had asked it before but didn’t check my past threads. My bad, sorry guys. Now I know, when in doubt, check your past threads. lol One thing, though… What’s up with Dewey Finn? Guy must have a great memory, either that or he just sits there and checks everybody’s previous thread history, OR he has it out for me and was waiting for me to screw up. 😉 [This](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?t=441699) is the thread. ---

Maybe he was really interested in your thread first time it came up, and it became so much a fundamental part of his life that when it came back he remembered, did the search, then let you know. Or – he could be a huge fan of yours and knows all your threads by heart. Could just be flattering that folk notice. 🙂 ---

Isn’t it strange? haha. I just have a good memory about what happened with the situation. BUt yes, it is a little odd. But as I hit submit, I will admit that I thought I might have asked that question before. lol Too many drugs man, they put holes in your brain. ---

To be honest, I remembered the thread because it was a somewhat interesting question.
