# Sort order of friends' photos on Friendster?

If you are a Friendster user, then you know what I’m talking about. On your friends list, everybody’s picture and name shows always shows up in the same order. My question is, what algorithm is used to determined said order? In other words, when I add a new friend to my list, how can I predict where he or she will be put?
