The Final Four! Finally, a number of sounds fewer than the number who care enough to vote! **MEH/WHOOSH** _(mais oui!)_ Zing vs. Zoom _The Z’s will not be denied!_ SQUEE/TWEE (it’s a squeaky clean match-up!) Snicker vs. Boing _Who will take on the Z juggernaut in the final?_ Voting will remain open until an odd number of people greater than 4 have stated an opinion. ---

Zing boing I have to admit, I’ve never had real strong feelings about these sound effects, but it seems unfair (to **twickster** more than the sound effects) to drop out in midstream. Especially with so few people voting. ---

Ahh, it’s like the NBA…the field is narrowed enough that I can start paying attention! 🙂 Zoom Boing Although I’m disappointed to find that “Boi-oi-oi-oi-oinnnng” was never a consideration… ---

Okay, nine people have voted – an active round! The results: **Zing** kicked Zoom’s ass, 7-2. Ditto for **Boing** , which steamrollered over Snicker, 8-1. On to the [finals!](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?p=9949746#post9949746)
