steel guitar  
the “uh” sound my husband makes after every swallow of liquid  
the loud, whiney exhaust on those stuipid “pimped out” cars  
the sound of running water, but only if someone isn’t actually using the water  
winshield wipers dragging across a winshield that isn’t quite wet enough. AAACK!!!  
someone else cracking their neck, back or knuckles
