A standard for whether an anti-meth program is working shouldn’t be whether it has a catchy slogan. It should be whether it reduces meth use. The fact that South Dakota decided to spend $449,000 running an ad campaign rather than spend that money on an actual drug abuse program may explain why the state has such a big meth problem. ---

Are we sure that this is actually a drug awareness campaign? It could be some kind of guerilla tourism campaign: Come to South Dakota for the giant heads - stay for the meth! ---
