I loved this episode. Best of the 3 so far. I hate to hear it’s a trilogy though. Cartman was, as usual, great. I loved his sultan costume and the court scene. They definitely spoofed Saving Private Ryan, but I didn’t detect any hostility or anything, just a satire. Overall, I thought it was hilarious. Can’t wait till next week! ---

IMO, one of the best South Parks in recent years. Everything had me in stiches, from the Cartman ball-sucking sub-plot, to mocking Bay and Shamalan’s directing styles, and all the comic, TV, movie, etc… characters in Imagination Land. ---

By the way, legal contracts are non-binding on minors, so legally, the defendant in this case cannot be forced to suck the plaintiff’s balls. The judge was in error. ---

**Diogenes the Cynic** : Setting up the final scene (Cartman in the semi) was worth that plothole. It was worth it ten times over. ---

I think the best touch in the semi scene at the end was the “Bauer Bag” he was wearing. ---

That episode was seriously one of the funniest things I’ve ever seen (seriously funny? What the hell am I saying? Anyway, you get my meaning…) Plus, I was actually on pins and needles waiting to see what was behind the wall. I don’t remember the last time I was actually like, disappointed to see “to be continued…” at the end of a TV episode. I loved looking into the crowd in Imagination Land to see who I could see. Sick sick sick the way the blew up some of the iconic cartoon characters (good grief, Charlie Brown!) My husband recognized the mushrooms as being the ones from Willie Wonka…I never would have caught that. He also has a keen legal mind, similar to Diogenes, and pointed out that minors can’t enter into contracts. You guys are no fun. 🙂 ---

Was the last scene with Cartman hitchhiking a ride in the truck and saying “the only justice is the justice you take” a reference to something? ---

[/QUOTE] I actually went out of my way not to see that movie, because I had heard about the gore in that opening scene. Now I have an idea of exactly how gory it was. Even without having seen the movie, it was funny in a sick, twisted, horrifying way. ---

[harrumph] Anyone else think that “faggy mayor” with his airship was a sendup of “Dreamfiinder” in the [Imagination ride](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Journey_Into_Imagination#Journey_Into_Imagination_With_Figment_.282002-Present.29) at the Disney’s EPCOT Center? (His song was just as dumb and annoying as the one I remember from the ride.) ---

It definitely was a parody of the Dreamfinder. His song (One Little Spark) is not quite that annoying, but definitely repeats the word “Imagination” a lot. A+ episode! I loved the Michael Bay ribbing. –FCOD ---

The part with Shylamamalamala was also good. Paraphrase about Gibson: “He’s crazy as a shithouse rat but at least he knows how to structure a plot.” This was definitely the best SOUTH PARK in a long time. I hope they keep it up.
