A fair episode. I was able to identify most of the dead celebrities. The one I couldn’t get was on the afterlife airplane. He was sitting across the aisle from Walter Cronkite. He had a black goatee, and had what looked like a CD hanging around his neck. Which recently dead celebrity was he? ---

I couldn’t identify him either. I knew he had died, but had never heard of him before, so I didn’t recognize him. Surprisingly, I couldn’t recognize Bea Arthur, either. I had completely forgotten she had just passed away. I loved Kyle obsessing over why Cartman wouldn’t just eat less chipotle if he knew it was going to make him crap blood instead of buying a cleaner to remove the stains from his underwear. And then the Chipotleaway was instrumental in “Little Miss Michael Jackson” winning the pageant so he could pass over and release Ike. I could sympathize with poor Ike. “Get Billy Mays away from me! Get Billy Mays away from me! Make him stop! Make him stop!” ---

I love a bigass Chipotle chicken burrito. Can’t eat them very often, though. Not because my ass bleeds, but because there’s about 1000 calories in one of those gigantic fuckers. ---

Not really related to Chipotle, but another “restaurant causing digestive problems” issue referenced on South Park. Will PF Chang’s really constipate you to the point that you have to take the world’s biggest crap? I’ve never eaten there, but there’s one near where I live, and I can’t help but think of that episode every time I drive by. ---

The skewering of Ghost Hunters was absolutely dead-on. If you’ve ever seen the show you have to find the slap-down hilarious. That was sooooo funny! I didn’t really get the Chipotle bit, but the take-offs on Sixth Sense, Billy Mays, and that weird psychic lady from Poitergeist were superb. What an excellent episode to start the second half of SP’s 13th season! ---

BTW, FWIW, Chipotle is owned by McDonalds. Their Burritos are tolerable, and have never made me shit blood, but there are better burritos out there. It was a decent ep, but not one of the best. They sure took on a lot of targets: Dead celebrities, Ghost hunters, Child Pagents, Airline waiting policies, Chipotle, and Mr. Jefferson. I’m sure there was something else I’ve forgotten. ---

Mickey D’s sold their controlling interest in Chiptotle a few years ago. Their biggest shareholders are now various VC firms and institutional investors. ---

So who was the last person to die and when? I’m wondering on the lead time between plot and getting it on air. Patrick Swayze died September 14th. And did this air on the Oct 7 or the 9th?. ---
