Food safety, you see, is merely an excuse by statist goons to terrorize honest dairy farmers. Not everyone agrees.
The battle cry from the rally’s organizers is “Let Amos Miller serve his neighbor”. Listeria, Shiga toxins, whatever…let Freedom ring!
Some ideas are so good they only come around every 4 years. 
Wouldn’t that be: “Fuck yes; you can”?
Or:
“Fuck? Yes, you can.”
It is never, IMHO, appropriate for a judge in a courtroom proceeding.

Perhaps not, but I’d give a pass on each of calm, cool, collected, and profane to a judge like the one in Vegas who had a defendant jump over the bench and attack her, had she let loose with all the profanity in the world

I’m curious. How do you deal with them? I’ve watched too many Sov Cit videos and while I admire the patience of most of the judges, I’m convinced they can’t be reasoned with.
Hopefully, very very very very very very carefully. Those loons may seem amusing but in fact they are a deadly movement. They’ve already killed and no doubt will kill again.
@TokyoBayer: Just keep jailing them for contempt and put them back in when their (short) sentence is up and they pull the same crap in front of the judge again.
Ref @Monty. Any SovCit in jail is one who’s not threatening LEOs or ordinary citizens. Are loose SovCit’s individually dangerous? You bet.
Is the solution for the law enforcement / justice system to treat them with kid gloves and let them “travel” unmolested? Nope.
It’s to arrest them for being stupid in public and jail them for contempt of court and the laws of the State always and everywhere promptly when detected. The folks in the klink pose no real threat to anyone.
And set up a Federal task force to find, jail, and thereby put out of business the people selling what amounts to a traitorous Ponzi scheme.
We can kill the movement if we try. Or we can let a few hundred weeds become 10 million weeds and then try to deal with the consequences.
Yeah, that’s what I would do, but because I lack patience, I have a feeling the sentences I impose would be far too long.
Unworkable but “Since you declare yourself to not be subject to the Constitution and the law, then you are not protected by the Constitution and the law” should put an end to this.
I don’t know what the legal maximum is for a bench confinement order for contempt of court. Certainly it varies by jurisdiction.
But if it is e.g. 30 days, that just means each jailee gets a fresh shot at redemption or at re-incarceration monthly. Just like teaching children, repetition is the key to change.
Of course we’ll need to create a bunch of jails to hold these people.
Taking a leaf from the esteemed @running_coach just above, since they are avowedly unbound by the Constitution and subordinate laws, that means that we could indeed build Sheriff Arpaio-style tent camps in the desert to house these bozos en masse cheaply and badly.
