Okay, I think I’ve got it now. Your solution to our sucking all the resources out of Earth and leaving an environmental disaster in our wakes is to go out into the solar system, suck all the resources we can find out there and bring them back to Earth.

You handwave away significant challenges to your proposals, and act like things which are literally impossible to do with current technology (and even things which physics says are not possible) are just minor inconveniences which will be trivial to get past.
