Hey, he’s just minding his own business–and the cops pull him over! For speeding! I ask you… Lucky for him he passed the breathalyzer test. No telling what the penalties would have been for DUI in a wheelchair. BTW, he’s apparently got a distant cousin or something in [Nova Scotia](http://www.hfxnews.ca/index.cfm?sid=19715&sc=89), who wasn’t on his way to a brothel, but still. ---

What does a quadriplegic do at a brothel anyway? I would assume that the 5th limb is also paralyzed? ---

Callahan is the paralyzed cartoonist best known for his stuff from Penthouse. He’s in a wheelchair and doesn’t have full use of his hands. His autobiographical book tells a lot about his life before and after his accident. He definitely has a sex life. ---
