Let’s not forget the good old back-handed bitchslap (while I developed the technique independently, I got the name from an earlier SDMB thread on the subject). Drag the hand to the non-monkey side of the screen, then drag the mouse cursor to the monkey side of the screen through the white area outside the applet (If you do this right the hand doesn’t move while you’re moving the cursor) and then bring the cursor to the monkey from the monkey side of the screen. I just back-handedly bitch-slapped the monkey at 2236 MPH.
