I’ve never heard the phrase ‘party favour’. I just took it to mean a ‘favour you would do for someone at a party’.

In case you haven’t figured it out, it’s a small gift you get at a party. For example, at a children’s birthday party, you might get a package of crayons and a small coloring book, or a small toy.
