# Splash page stripped of all HTML?

Clicked on “[http://www.straightdope.com/](http://www.straightdope.com/)”, and got the home page-all stripped down, with just some linked text in the upper left corner, and “Today’s Question:” with no actual question. Site being updated or something, or a glitch (my Noscript blocker) on my end?

I see the same thing as you do. Looks like a chunk of what should be the middle of the page, with no \ and an abrupt cutoff at the end.
Reminder: it’s a bad idea to edit a live page.
