# Spongebob sound recommendations

I want to change some sounds (alert, startup, shutdown, etc.) for a WinXP box I’m building for my Uncle. He’s a big SBSP fan, but I’ve never seen the show. Any short catchphrases or sounds I should look for?

I’m thinking the equivalent to _d’oh!, bite my shiny metal ass, shut up Wesley_, etc. Short, instantly recognizable quips.

Anybody familiar with Spongebob would recognize the song. And I don’t mean the opening credits song, I mean the one played in the background during scenes of relative calm.

A foghorn sound would be good, that’s Spongebob’s alarm clock and was also used as bleeping in “Sailor Mouth”.

Oops, I think his alarm clock makes an air horn noise, not foghorn. Air horns and foghorns were both used in “Sailor Mouth”.
