You all know the piece. The problem is me, a non-musician, trying to describe it in text. In my head, it’s:

What’s it called, and who wrote it?

I think I know the bit you’re talking about. If I’m right, it’s ion a minor key, and is more like…

\*La Ti Do Fa Miiiii  
Mi Re Do Ti…  
La Ti Do… \*etc.

I’m trying to find it in a cartoon right now.

It doesn’t correspond to your solfege, but it does somewhat follow the contour. Could it be [Mystrioso pizzicato](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tlwfUGrPiy0)?
