# Sports movies. List your favorites. And why don't I always "get" them?

Yeah baby, the Wedge- the best break that no professional surfers will touch! We used to lose at least one person every year, either killed or paralyzed. It’s better now. It’s just such a wierd break, and it’s shore break, which can be deadly.

My favs are **Bull Durham** and **Tin Cup** (not so much for Costner, who is not at all annoying in these, but for Susan Sarandon and Renee Russo who portray full three dimensional women characters, esp Sarandon), **The Natural** for the story, **Chariots of Fire** for the inspiration.
