# Spotify and Apple CarPlay - What da heck is Spotify Stations?

I see Apple CarPlay works with Spotify. Further research indicates it uses something called Spotify Stations. Huh?

My only question: With Apple CarPlay, will I have full access to my Spotify playlists (and everything else)?

(not interested so much in radio stations)

I’m not familiar with it but it sounds like it is a simplified version of Spotify that gives you less control.

Your Spotify playlists should work in CarPlay.

You don’t need Spotify Stations.
