# Spybot S&D immunization question

Some, but not a lot. It’s not really worth it. I’ll run it a couple times a week at most, and that’s plenty. If you have decent internet security setting and a firewall, there’s not all that much to worry about. Mostly I’ll just run Spybot or Adaware when I see signs of spyware activity.
