# spyware help!

okok i know you guys are sick of this but it’s kinda urgent. i have the ISTVC worm/spyware/whatever. I ran the remover tool but it didn’t do the trick. any advice?

Run Adaware SE, Spybot S&D, download and run Hijackthis (don’t remove anything), and post your hijack this log at one of many forums like [this](http://forums.techguy.org/) one and someone who knows what they’re doing will help you.

Also, read through [this thread](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?t=260053), if you haven’t done so already. There’s some good advice on dealing with spyware issues there.
