Starting May 24, several of us have posted threads dealing with various aspects of stand-up comedy and/or funny people in general. Here is a chronological list of threads and polls I am aware of. I think it clutters up the boards and is silly anyway, because humor is subjective. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not calling for them to be closed, I can ignore them perfectly well. But you asked, so I am answering - I have been ignoring them as best as I can. 🙂 ---

It looks like Zeldar and Mean Mr. Mustard are the ringleaders. As posting is costless, there is no reason for them to not post their queries into standup. While I enjoy standup, I also find that I have a specific sense of humour and no amount of cajoling will get me to like somebody I find unfunny. ---

Among the things I’m curious about is the participation. Since these are in chronological order, do the number of replies, views and voters say anything significant? Or is participation more a matter of specific topic being voted on?
