# Standing Desk Recommendations?

Since I work from home, I spent approximately, the entire day in a chair. And it seems a few years of this is catching up with me, plus all the news recently that sitting that long isn’t exactly good for you.

So, I guess I’m in the market for a standing desk. But one that can also convert to a sitting one, so I can bail out on occasion.

Does anyone have experience with these things or recommendations to make?
