Just watched the entire season 2. So the set-up for season 3 is that Discovery and the crew are 950 years in the future, with a spore drive and a time machine? Is that around Year 3200? If Control was stopped, then we assume that in 3200 the Federation still exists in some form? The biggest question, is what will Federation uniforms circa 3200 look like? ---

I don’t know, but I much prefer the TOSlike uniforms the Enterprise crew was wearing to Discovery’s uniforms (which admittedly do call back to Star Trek: ENT). Also if Vulcan still has it’s own Expeditionary Group and Spock was the supposedly the first Vulcan to join Starfleet\* how does Starfleet already have a Vulcan admiral? :dubious: \*Well other than T’Pol, who was given a direct commission due to extenuating circumstances. Or was Patar simply a direct commission to admiralty for protocol reasons after holding the equivalent in the VEG? ---

They have major problems with the writing, which is sad because that’s the least expensive thing for TV shows. ---
