[1st new episode of 2004!](http://www.startrek.com/startrek/view/series/ENT/episode/3394.html) Should’ve aired by now on Canadian satellite. Airs tomorrow night for USA UPN viewers. Did you see it? Are you still interested? Did they take too long off? Is the series going to end on an high note, giving us a new season? Where is **Kn(\*)ckers**? ---

What with service being so spotty while the New Dope™ settles in, I wonder if anyone else tried to start or find an ENT thread. Oh well, I’ll be watching tomorrow, that’s for sure. Been so long since I’ve watched (I didn’t watch any reruns), I’ve almost lost interest. This one better be good… ---

Well, it looks like Merry will get a lot of screen time (nasty, fat hobbitses!). I hope they don’t get too messagey with the religion angle. Which way do you think they’ll go? Options: 1 - Islam and Jihad. Extremists hijack _Enterprise_ and plan to crash it into… Nah, even Bergama couldn’t be that stupid. 2 - Judaism. The Abrahamic covenant sealed with the blood of Mayweather. Doomed to wander the expanse for 40 years. 3 - Christianity. Crusade against the pagans who defile the shrines! 4 - Wicca. Willow saves the day. 5 - Animism. PANDA! Hello!? 6 - Shinto. Quantum leaves food for yet to be born Kirk who is really an ancestor brought back to make things right with continuity. 7 - Tao. I’m running out of ideas. You guys finish it… ---

Well, I’ve rearranged my teaching schedule so I can be home Wednesday nights, so I’ll have to wait till 9pm and let Jake 2.0 tape so I can post, post, post. The upcoming eps look good. I just hope the viewers can be lured back in time for February sweeps to get the numbers up to where they were in November, or higher. I try to promote it as best I can, since the network doesn’t seem interested. My wish for 2004: Season 4 of Enterprise and the Return of **Kn\*ckers!** ---

I really hope this is not just another attempt by the Hollywood liberals to smear religions…considering that the writer guy said that it was meant to slam “fundamentalists”, it’s not unlikely. Wait and see, though… ---

I still have to wait a week. A pox upon your houses, a pox! So far as the episode itself goes, I expect good things. Enterprise always seems like it’s going to hit you over the head with its moralism and instead leaves you satisfied at the end a la _Raijin_. It’s episodes that you don’t expect a message from, like the AIDS Mind Meld episode that I thankfully never saw, that you have to look out for. ---
