I post at TrekBBS, where that spoiler is supposedly from, and the Enterprise sentiment there is so divided that the board would implode if it were in any way confirmed or even plausible. ---

About that spoiler: [spoiler]_Enterprise-D?_ Meaning the ship from TNG, and not the current one as of _Star Trek: Nemesis?_ So it would be present-day Frakes and Sirtis playing ten-years-younger Riker and Troi? Unless they meant _Enterprise-E_ and the “present-day,” but if so, Riker and Troi should be on a different ship, not _Enterprise._[/spoiler] ---

I retract my former post as I just looked and it’s being taken seriously there but I’ve just not been paying close attention and didn’t realize it until now. FUCKING HELL. Do those idiots not realize that the Dynasty bullshit is laughed at, not along with? It wasn’t a good idea then and it isn’t now either. I can’t help but remember that they killed Sisko off at the end of DS9 and dispersed the others as far away as possible. OTOH, it would make Klingon Ridge Virus non-canon! Whoopie! ---

Uh. What does Sisko joining the Prophets (he didn’t die) and Odo, Worf, and O’Brien leaving DS9 have to do with ENT just being a holodeck program? ---

Dear Whoever is in charge of Enterprise: Bob Newhart is the only one who was able to pull that off. Ya’ll aren’t Bob Newhart. You ain’t even Dallas. Please let this be a joke. Sadly, I have read that Frakes and Sirtis are supposed to show up in the finale. Let’s hope it’s something that isn’t so damn lame. ---

For example, there is no reason given why Worf quite his Tarq hunting ambassador job to return to shooting things for Picard. ---

Remember how, when _Enterprise_ started, people were complaining about the continuity problems? In a thread about the show, I jokingly suggested that at the end, it would turn out that Archer was a low-level officer on the Enterprise-E, and the whole series was just a big holo-novel. Maybe the writers are Dopers :eek: ---
