Unless they have the same anti-gluteal mechanism that allows Riker to sit on Enterprise consoles with no adverse effect. ---

I can’t view youtube at work. I was just riffing on a rant from The Nitpicker’s Guide to The Next Generation, where the author complains loudly and often about how Riker will perch on adjacent consoles while talking to someone doing something plotty. ---

My _wife_ loved the movie, which is a sure sign that it will make a metric crapload of money and spawn innumerable sequels - my wife is no Trekkie, and if she loved it, lots of people not already fans probably will also. ---
