Oh, I know. But Star Wars is my first and still my greatest fandom, and the idea that I’m about to watch a SW film that might not disappoint me is almost inconceivable. ---

My professional movie critic friend gave it five stars and while he is a fan of sci fi, he’s not a Star Wars nerd. He was also very critical of the Star Trek reboot movies so I trust his review in this case. I’m glad it was edited before I came in here. I’m not a HUGE fan of the series. My friend went to go see it, and wont even talk to me about non-Star Wars related stuff. Basically refuses to communicate until I see it. I can tell he will never look at the original three movies the same way… so I’m actually a little stoked. I’ll try to see it tomorrow. ---
