Wars would wipe thier asses with Trekkers. Most of the Wars I know are pretty big guys - one of them is exceptionally beefed up. OTOH all the Treks I know were weedy pussies who got beat up after math. But I agree. The Batman Federation would smoke all them fools. ---

No! All hail the Harry Potter fandom! Wands out! Okay, to answer the OP, SW nerds. I gave Star Trek a chance, but I’m absolutely obsessed with SW. You have to admit that Jedi and the Force are really cool. ---

The Trekkers would calmly explain how all of the cool stuff in Star Wars is complete nonsense with no logical or reason behind it whatsoever, and the Star Wars fans would be forced to agree and concede defeat. Failing that, the Trekkers would take a page or two from Picard’s book and make a series of impassioned speeches, utterly convincing the Star Wars fans that their fandom does a disservice to humanity and they should be ASHAMED. Tsk tsk. ---

Trekkies would cut a side deal with the Batman Fanboys to fight the overly diplomatic Trekkers and StarWar fans. If this failed we would take a page from Kirk’s book and rewrite the rules to the fight to somehow favors us. ---

So, are we talking about the people who self identify as fans of one of the franchises and join message boards to discuss them, or the people who dress up like their fave character and hold grudges against people who disagree with their interpretations of nitpicks? Because the first type of person could come from anywhere, be any age, size, sex, education level, etc… The second type are often obsessive weirdos with few social skills and would not be likely to be able to mount a physical attack or defend themselves from one. So, they both lose before anything even begins. :: rises from my captain’s chair, tugging at the bottom of my TNG Season VI tunic in the classic Picard Maneuver to pull it down over my pale belly and looks at my viewscreen themed wall projection with its hidden webcam :: Resistence IS futile. ---
