Divinci invented it. Now, does your youtube video really show a device that matches the star wars spec ? I don’t see a toy when I look at the star wars model. Here’s a description… does any of this say “Toy” ? No. "There were many types of landspeeders, from sporty civilian models designed for speed and flashy looks (often these were given stylish bodywork and/or paint jobs) to everyday utility craft that ranged from small speeder trucks capable of hauling small cargo to massive freighter-like transports that could carry tremendous loads. There were even a number of models either built specifically for military use (such as the TX-130 Saber-class fighter tank) to civilian models modified for military use (for instance, the Flash speeder used by the Royal Naboo Security Forces). " This is just a prototype youtube maker invented.I Don’t think he was trying to make it look like star wars look but it is a hovercraft. It is just a prototype. ---

In the real world, if either of the blades stopped the rider would almost certainly suffer severe injury or death. Just like the twin fanned standup “jet pack”, there’s no gliding down with these kind of contraptions. ---

Actually he started with one-man craft in the 40s, but his 50s work looks more like this. Worked better, too. Just Google Stanley Hill ducted-fan platforms. Hovercraft of various designs go back much further. Nothing new to see here. Move along. ---
