Ok, as I understand it, the Hutts are a race of gangsters, and are divided into clans. But, are there any Hutts not involved with criminal activities, who do legitimate work? Like for example, could there be any Hutt starship pilots or Hutt plumbers? It’s a silly question, but it’s hard to imagine that an entire race could be involved in the same line of work. ---

Don’t know but I would hate to see the butt crack on a Hutt plumber. ---

Yeah, I’d often wondered who fixed the Klingons’ plumbing, or handled their accounting… somehow the idea of a Klingon Accountant just didn’t jell, you know? ---

Not really. Most Hutts are involved in crime one way or another, since they’re divided into families, like the mafia. I think by their very nature, Hutts are scum. ---

Well I think a Jedi Jabba would be about the coolest thing ever. The next movie should have a Hutt learn the ways of the Force. The only problem is, could they hold a lightsaber in their little tiny hands? ---

What happens… …is the Hutt can’t help himself in betraying Leia when he gets a better offer. Although he later tries to correct the matter, his dying words, IIRC, are something like “I can’t help myself, it’s my nature…”. It’s almost sad. ---

OP:Certainly, how else would the citizens of Nal Hutta have managed space travel? Apparently in his younger (and smaller) years, Jabba the Hutt was a gunrunner. ---

And they shoudln’t be force-sensitive, either. Remember that Luke tries to use the force on Jabba and he just laughs. Maybe blubber is a good insulator. ---

Whoops–no, sorry. Han is, because he’s from Correlia. Leia’s Alderaanian. Luke would be, like…Tatooinian, I guess. It’s never really mentioned for him so specifically. It goes by planet. ---
