# starting own company

I need info on what I must do to start my own company ( I’m not sure what kind, I’m thinking maybe clothing). I put in GQ because I want to know about all the legal stuff like patents, distribution, and other stuff you can answer. It would help me a lot if you put what I need to do in list form starting with whats most important/ should do first.

Go hook yourself up with a SCORE counselor. This thread could go as long as the “What if LotR was written by someone else?” thread and not cover everything you need to know.

Well, at that point, it probably would but, let’s face it, this thread ain’t getting that long.
