Unlike you i can admit when I am wrong. I did look up Pennsylvania law And it does in fact require intercourse. Doesn’t change the fact that you are in fact detestable. If only you had looked it up you could have made an irrelevant point. ---

Wait as long as you like, I already said I only post here when drunk. You seem to think there is some universal definition of sexual assault. I posted California’s definition. Which does not conform to yours, unlike you, California is a constitutionally recognized state that has the power to define terms like sexual assault. Just because you disagree does not make touching a kids ass not sexual assault in California. ---
