Y’know, **BPC** , you don’t have to start a whole new thread every time you get mad about something. Or, if you just have to rant, there’s a perfectly good Mini-Rants thread every month. My dad is one of these folks. He loves to talk at length about the wonderful videos he finds on youtube and how convincing they are. He talks about Planet X and ancient aliens and such. I laugh and try to tell him that it’s all bunk, and he humors me, but he loves it anyway. Now even he wouldn’t believe in space Jews, I’m pretty sure… ---

Too late to edit: Oh, and before one of you wise-asses says ‘Cite?’, keep in mind that this isn’t the Pit, so I’m not able to name fruitcake posters, here, and compare how many I can name to how many active posters there are, which would be my best cite. But to answer your direct question, " But how the hell did these people work a computer?", the answer is that even Microsoft and the GNU/Linux people have figured out ways that total technopeasants can use the things and get decent results.
