The US Government promoted a settlement, for the families of the victims of the Bin Laden attack that destroyed the Word Trade center Towers. i understand that a few people chose not accept the deal, choosing instead to file lawsuits against certain parties. What I would like to know: -who are the parties being sued -what is the status of the cases and: -are any foreign governments defendants in these lawsuits? ---

The plaintiff has been delaying if it has taken this long, they delayed hoping something in “law” (common law, written law, precedents,etc) changed and saved their case.
