# Statute of Limitations On Child Support

I’m sure this has been done before, but I couldn’t find anything using a search.

So in a couple of years I’ll reach the 18th anniversary of my last bout of sex with anyone other than Mrs. HeyHomie. Although it’s highly unlikely that any of my partners got pregnant, there’s always that possibility.

However, IF there has been a Little Homie running around all this time, and IF the mama gets a hair up her butt to come after me for child support, can she do so _after_ the child has reached a certain age (say, 18)?

I’m going to assume that laws vary from state to state.
