Staying in Bellevue 2 weeks, going to Portland OR for 1 day - what to do?

One of, if not THE, best trips of my life! Bellevue itself wasn’t so exciting (and the goddamn Sheraton tried to sneak a $200 smoking fee onto my hotel bill)…and it’s a good thing I had fond memories of Jack In the Box because it was often the only place open in the city, but everything else in Washington and Portland was AMAZING – Seattle, Redmond, Woodinville, Snoqualmie Falls, Everett, Mt St Helens, Aberdeen… I managed to get a $60 parking ticket when I drove down to Portland, but it seemed worthwhile for a great afternoon there. Now I know for sure where Springfield from the Simpsons really is!

Now admit it, which of you dopers are regulars at the Red Hook Brewery Tuesday Trivia? I was the leader of the One Eyed Golden Goatheads who whooped your asses last week. I just laughed when I heard two teams arguing over a tie-breaking questions about whether a rhombus with 4 equal side lengths was a square or rectangle…

Someone very well might have been there. Dopers passing like ships in the night…

(To be fair I think most of those guys to Seattle bars, not on the Eastside. Though I’ve been to the Red Hook trivia night a few times.)
