It’s hard to believe that I’m saying this, but this is **exactly** the situation that the DMCA was written for. The Reader has some really good legal remedies in its quiver and I’m sure their lawyers will have just a heap o’ fun shooting them at this travesty of a board. I just hope they report back to tell us about it once it’s all over.
