# Steophan, stop spreading ignorance.

Uh, I’m one of the people arguing against Steophan in the original video poker thread, but I also feel that this Pitting is rather over-the-top. He makes a few dubious statements in that thread (in particular, the claim that because the casino wants you to lose, any attempt to turn the odds in your favor is morally wrong) but he isn’t foaming at the mouth or derailing the thread or anything.

I get that there’s some bad blood because of things he has apparently said in other threads, but then maybe the Pitting should be about that, and not about a rather minor disagreement about video poker?

Agreed. Racism, check. Stupidity, check. Card counting beliefs, meh.

He’s a douche, to be sure, but he’s certainly not stupid. In fact, if he _was_ stupid, he probably wouldn’t be \*so \*douchey.
