There’s so many references to and settings in Derry, I can understand choosing “It.” 😉 This was fun. We should continue despite the OP’s shift being over! Some softballs on _ **Misery:** _ – What’s the brand name of the addictive narcotic Annie gives (or restrains from giving) Paul to keep him submissive/dependent. – What was the name of the manuscript Paul was working on that Annie didn’t take very kindly to? – What letter was missing on the typewriter that Paul had to fill in by hand? ---

Did Stephen ever fully recover from getting run over? Last I heard he was still using braces and in pain. It made writing difficult. ---

From something like that, probably not. Not sure if he still has to be on regular pain meds. But they seem more prevalent in his writing (Under The Dome, especially). I know he was hit in the middle of writing _On Writing,_ and the tone of the book abruptly changes to this new point of view after his brush with death. It profoundly changed him, and he goes into some depth about his immediate (yet ongoing) recovery of the accident. I believe he mentioned it’s one of the reasons he got his ass in gear to finish the **Dark Tower** series in one fell swoop. (Although looks like we’re getting a new chapter in-between _Wizard and Glass_ and \*Wolves of the Calla: \*[The Wind Through the Keyhole.](http://www.stephenking.com/DarkTower/wind_through_the_keyhole.html) April can’t come soon enough.) Other than that, may he have many more years to enjoy, and offer us his work. He’s slowed down some (relatively speaking), but seems back to his game as of late. His last few books have been pretty damn good reads. ---
