Stephen Miller may have just accidentally confirmed that he, not President Donald Trump, is the one calling the shots in regard to deportation raids and National Guard deployments.
“Illinois governor says we’re provoking actions that are unlawful,” Miller said on CNN on Monday. “Why would the mere presence—just think about this for a second. If I put federal law enforcement and National Guard into a nice sleepy Southern town, is anyone gonna riot?”
Miller’s use of the first person is alarming here, suggesting that he—an unelected deputy chief of staff—has either the complete authority or an outsize influence on the administration’s most authoritarian decisions.

I’m guessing everyone has seen where the AI bot known as Stephen Miller had a blue screen of death when he realized that he said the quiet part out loud on national TV. And a big “Fuck You” to CNN for sanewashing it (they actually edited out this part of the exchange on their upload to YouTube).

I do not know but he does seem the most motivated evil Nazi on the Trump team. He is 100% in on being evil and awful. Revels in it.
Miller is the public face of Trumpist malevolence but Russell Vought is doing more fundamental damage while being mostly ignored by the press.

Miller deliberately cultivates that dead-eye look. I call people like him “lizard people”; cold, cruel and soulless.
He must not let anyone have even a glimmer of hope there’s a humanity to appeal to there.
This is someone for whom there is nothing else but strength and power here-and-now. That one day this movement will turn on Jews like him does not matter because he expects it’ll take long enough that by then HE won’t be around. His descendants? Others of his same origin? They’ll survive if they’re the fittest, if not they won’t deserve to.
He really has mastered the glass-eye puppet look. He’s actually good at it. I don’t know any other career where this might be an advantage than perhaps irreconcilable alcoholic, except the in the Trump administration.
