I’m a Jewish woman who wears glasses and does not participate in any sports at all, but I love to watch men’s professional golf. I follow many of the players, and often spend an entire weekend watching 14 hours of golf. ---

I’m Canadian and think that Tim Horton’s coffee is meh, hockey is boring and I’m also a full on nerd with social skills and an ability to make meaningful conversations on almost any topic with anyone. Also, America can keep Celine Dion and Justin Beiber. Sorry. 😃 ---

I’m a lifelong Bostonian. I do not pronounce the letter R as an H (_park/pahk_) and I do not add a superfluous R sound to words ending in a vowel (_Martha/Marthar_.) Nor do I use _wicked_ as an intensifier (\*Sam Adams makes wicked good \*beeah.\*\*) ---

In my case it isn’t really a sterotype so much as my “look”: people are always shocked to learn that I have two tattoos and have seen Iron Maiden in concert. ---

I live in a little southeastern Missouri mining town, population 600, in the middle of nowhere surrounded by hills and thick woods. I don’t vote Republican. I don’t go to church. I don’t fish. I don’t hunt. I don’t drive a truck. I own _a_ gun as opposed to _many_ guns, and a) it’s barely a pea shooter (a .22), and b) I’ve fired it maybe 10 times since I got it. I hate country music with the fire of a thousand suns. I don’t watch NASCAR. I believe police brutality is a real problem in this country and it needs to be addressed. ---

I write love stories. They don’t suck. (I forced myself to read romance novels for a straight year so that I could learn more about the genre… what I learned is that I hate that genre. I think I am on a lifelong quest to fix it.) ---

I’m a Christian. I will not preach, lecture or judge you. I am extremely liberal/leftist/progressive and most of the time have more in common with atheists than most Christians. I love science and evolution and I do not want any religion taught in schools. I am a woman, I cannot knit crochet or sew. I will wear lipstick but eyeliner and mascara are just fancy words for make me look like I lost a fight and have two black eyes. I like necklaces and bracelets (not of precious metals, more like glass beads, and stone) but am not very into shoes. ---
