It’s odd, I can recall many times seeing pictures of Bannon and noticing that he was wearing two or more layers of collared shirts, as he is in that photo. Maybe a symptom of OCD? Googling “Steve Bannon shirts” shows that a hell of a lot of other people have noticed this too, and gone to the trouble of writing about it. ---

Kind of a preppy thing. It was in the handbook. Full kit is turtle or mock neck, polo shirt, button down shirt, jacket or sweater for winter. Crew neck tee first layer for summer. All collars up. Mr Bannon has ruined the look. ---
