I cannot keep track of all the Trumpist appeals and court cases, and yet more appeals, hearings, motions, and still more appeals. Does Bannon have any standing before the SCOTUS? Is there a constitutional issue to be argued? Asking because I really don’t know. ---

Apparently so, since Peter Navarro tried the same trick with SCOTUS based on the same “executive privilege” argument. Chief Justice John Roberts denied the request and off to prison he went. ---

He said he was proud of what he did, and, quote, “I don’t mind going to prison today”. So how come all the expensive appeals, Steve, all the way to the Supreme Court? Surely there must be **something** about spending four months in the hoosegow that doesn’t appeal to you?
