And I just barely remember the [1995 attempt](http://imdb.com/title/tt0111982/) (with Andy Dick) to revive Get Smart as a series. ---

Re Carell doing a Don Adams impersonation, I don’t think he’d be that obvious about it. His take on the lead in “The Office,” for example, is in the same ballpark as the original David Brent (clueless, boorish), but is pretty far from a strict imitation; the character is a new creation. I’d be surprised if this weren’t a new creation with a tinge of homage as well. [QUOTE=Sweetums] No doubt she can pull it off.
