Maybe to make it more clear that the cocaine was a preamble to the deceased being on the receiving end of anal sex? Oh, there was going to be some “ **ram** ification,” all right.

^All joking aside, medical reports ideally contain as much specific information as possible, if for no other reeason than knowing for epidemiologic reasons.
