Three that pop (heh) to mind: Joanne Hogg of [Iona](http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mMppT0MdWMg&feature=related) [Basia](http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sMmY70RPI24) The third is a former vocalist for an obscure prog rock band out of England called Solstice. They’ve been around for almost 30 years, putting out albums sporadically, and they’ve had a different vocalist on every album. The one I’m thinking of is Keidi Kemp, who sang on their second album in 1990. [This](http://prh.org.uk/solsticeweb/listen.html) goes to the band’s MP3 download page; I didn’t want to link directly to the MP3. “New Life (from the New Life album)” is the one that features Heidi. And FTR, that’s a cool song and all, but the rest of the songs on that album are so much better… I’m guessing they chose that song for their web page because it’s the shortest. ---
