This reminds me of a joke I just barely recall about going to the sperm bank to make a donation and finding your girlfriend (or ex?) is the technician there. ---

I remember decades ago a guy in Sydney robbed the bank where he had an account. This in the days when all your transactions took place face to face with a teller. When the police arrived the teller gave them the robber’s name and address. After he got out of prison he robbed the local supermarket where he regularly shopped. Same result. Another guy robbed the bank next door to where he lived. His getaway was to walk next door in plain sight. Not surprisingly he was soon arrested.
