Sean Casey, the filmmaker who built two Tornado Intercept Vehicles so that he could shoot IMAX film inside a tornado, is selling the second, more advanced TIV on [Craigslist in Los Angeles](https://losangeles.craigslist.org/sfv/cto/d/burbank-dodge-3500/7003445031.html). (Disclaimer: I happen to know Sean professionally, but I am not posting this at his request, nor do I have any stake or financial interest in this sale. I just imagined that some of my fellow Dopers might be interested in it.) ---

Aww, it’s gone. \*\*This posting has been deleted by its author. \*\* Wonder what happened. Maybe some trash talk in the comments or something? I seem to remember him making some enemies in the chasing community. He and Reed Timmer both. ---

Apparently he gave or sold it to his friend, stormchaser Ryan Shepard.
